Every Saxon lift, where required, is installed and commissioned by our trained engineers.

Our installation and service operation is fully supported by a comprehensive spare parts and service backup plus an Online Maintenance Manual freely available for you to enable you to get the maximum maintenance information you require immediately. In addition, maintenance contracts are carefully tailored to meet the specific operational requirements of each installation.

A typical maintenance contract would include two service visits per year to ensure that the installation complies with local safety and insurance requirements.

In addition, all moving parts would be lubricated, all fittings checked for tightness and a thorough lift function test made to ensure the equipment operates safety and reliably.

Finally, a full report is submitted recording all work completed and any work requiring attention which is outside the scope of the contract. We also provide advice and guidance on insurance reports concerning scissor lift installations.
