QUALITY ASSURED
To provide products, which meet or exceed the agreed
specification.
To aim for 'zero defects' in all our products.
To provide the highest levels of customer service.
To maintain a good working relationship with customers
and suppliers alike.
To operate within the requirements of BS EN by maintaining
high standards of management control, cost-effective
administrative procedures and good quality training
for all staff, including awareness of responsibilities
under the Quality Management System.
To realise these aims, every Saxon employee is encouraged
to be responsible for the quality of their work. It
is our policy to operate through open communication
at all times.
We have a dedicated Management Quality Representative
who is personally responsible for implementing and maintaining
the quality standards necessary to fulfil these principles,
including the provision of training as detailed in our
Quality Manual.
The relevance of these principles to Company objectives
is reviewed regularly at our Management Review.
